Nourish Nantucket is seeking an experienced, reliable Summer Chef to prepare daily grab-and-go meals for Nantucket students during the summer months as part of the Summer Student Meals pilot program. This program provides daily, freshly made, nutritious, ready-to-eat breakfasts and lunches to children and teens who rely on school-based meals during the academic year.

Every Tuesday, Nourish Nantucket distributes ready-made dinners to island residents in need of a meal. This program supports island neighbors who may have limited ability to cook due to work schedules, health concerns, or limited kitchen access.
NN Prepared Meals focus on providing our community with nutritious, balanced and ready to eat food. This program is a core part of our mission to create a food secure Nantucket, ensuring everyone has access not just to food, but to nourishment.

These aren`t just numbers — they`re our neighbors, our kids` classmates, the people we see every day.

🍽️ Summer Program Intern — Help run our summer meals and food rescue programs. 25–30 hrs/week, June 15 – Aug 15. Spanish speakers encouraged to apply!
🎉 Summer Events Intern — Help plan fundraisers, community events, and outreach. 5–10 hrs/week, June 20 – Aug 20.
