Victoria Pardo
Victoria has lived on Nantucket full-time since 2019 but spent her childhood summers on island with her grandparents. Prior to Nourish Nantucket, she was a practicing historic preservationist for FEMA. She earned her master’s in Historic Preservation with a concentration in food interpretation at historic sites from Columbia University. Through her engagement with the Association for Living History, Farm, and Agricultural Museums, she continues to find innovative ways to interpret and share food history. She has worked in the Nantucket restaurant industry since the age of 16, and spends most of her time making food videos and walking or running on trails throughout the island.
